Vintage Wales porcelain Pointer hunting dog figurine, original label

Description

This is a really charming Pointer dog hunting dog figurine.  It has its original Wales Japan lable on the bottom.  It is in good condition with no chips or cracks but there is some crazing to the finish.  The dog is 5″ tall and 6″ long.

Most of my items are used,
vintage or antique and come directly from estate auctions.
I try to describe my items as accurately and
honestly as possible and to disclose any signs of wear or imperfections that I
see.  Please review the photos and information provided prior to bidding
on this item.  Please do not assume any details, and email me with any
questions you might have prior to purchase (and no later than one day prior to
the end date of listing).  I will be happy to provide any additional
details that I can.

Shipping
: The calculated shipping fee in my listings is
generated from the on-line eBay shipping calculator using U.S. Postal Service
(USPS) rates for delivery and insurance (unless a USPS Flat Rate box is used
and then the U.S. Postal rate for that service applies to everyone).
I have no control over these rates, and they
are generated solely by the weight of the package which I input into the eBay
listing.
I really care about my
business, and I love vintage antiques and collectibles, so I care very much
that all my items arrive safely for your enjoyment.
I weigh each item after protectively
wrapping it
to the degree I believe is necessary
for it to arrive at your door safely, and that is the weight used to calculate
your shipping charges.
For U.S. domestic
shipments I ship packages under 13 ounces using USPS 1
st
Class mail
as this is usually the best value for you.
Packages over 13 oz. must be sent via alternative USPS services, and
usually Priority Mail is the fastest and most economical way to do this, and for
some items, the Flat Rate boxes are best, but I always try to use the most
economical service that will safely get your purchase to you.
I will ship Next
Business day, (within one full next business day after receipt of cleared
payment), and I do not charge any additional handling fee on domestic shipments.
Your shipping and handling charges consist
only of actual USPS services, (based on the weight of your package), including insurance
and delivery confirmation.
On average, and
depending on the service used, delivery will be between 2-8 days from
the time you are notified that your package has been processed (eBay sends you
this notice).
Please
don’t rate my performance based on how long it takes the post office to deliver
your package
.
Please note that that postal rates are based on weight
categories and only the highest weight limit in each category appears on your
postage label (it doesn’t mean that is exactly what your package weighed, only
that the weight of your package fell within this category).
For example, if your package weighed 2lb 2oz,
your label would show 3 lbs because one USPS rate covers everything over 2lbs
but under 3lbs.
International Shipping

I offer
International shipping to many locations and international packages will be
sent either USPS Priority International or 1

Class International
depending on a combination of factors including size, weight, and value.
Delivery estimates for international packages
vary greatly depending on location.
Import
duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping
charges.
These charges are the buyer’s
responsibility.
Please check with your
country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior
to buying or bidding.
In accordance with
U.S. and International Governmental regulations, all shipments will be shown as
sales of merchandise, and all values will be stated at their actual sales value.
In no event will Seller ever be responsible for reimbursing
Buyer for any such import duties, taxes or other customs charges even if the
item is later returned, and regardless of the reason for any such return.
Returns
:
If notified within thirty (30) days of
the day your item is delivered to you, I will provide a full refund upon the
safe return of the item to me in accordance with the following:
1)
in the event there is a gross inaccuracy in the listing, the refund will
include a refund of the
original
shipping charges, and I will pay for the return shipping to me (if I request
the item back);
2)
for all other returns (
excluding items
damaged in transit that are subject to insurance claims
) the refund will
consist of the price paid for the item only, and you will be liable for the
cost of the return shipping to me.
I try
very hard to accurately describe all items I offer for sale, and deal
predominantly in antique and vintage items from estate sales which are normally
sold as-is and with no return policy of any kind; however, in accordance with
the best selling practices of this site, I do accept returns, but can’t absorb
the out of pocket cost of shipping when a return is due to buyer remorse or any
reason other than a gross inaccuracy in my listing information;
3)
all items returned to me must be unused by you and returned to me in their
original condition, and be returned in their original packaging and protection,
or using packaging and protection of at least the same quality as that which
was used to ship the item to you.
Refunds will be made once I have received the item in satisfactory
condition, and in accordance with the terms of the policies stated herein;
4)
while it is uncommon for insurance claims to be filed, damage can occur in
transit, so in the rare instance where an insurance claim is required, there is
paperwork to be completed by both buyer and seller.  By bidding on this
item you agree to comply with the completion of any paperwork necessary to file
and process an insurance claim if the situation arises.
If you receive an item damaged in transit
your refund will include shipping charges and I will pay return shipping if I
request the item back;
5)
regarding any refund claim asserting gross inaccuracy regarding the listing, or
damage to the item, you agree to provide clear pictures to me of damage
asserted in any refund claim.
